10 New Year's resolutions from memory
Looks back at this year's chats and suggests 10 resolutions that fit you, by area — only ones it can back up, no generic "exercise more". Works best with memory on and plenty of chat history.
Look back at our past conversations and anything you have saved in memory, and suggest 10 New Year's resolutions that fit me. - Group them by area: work, health, relationships, learning, money, daily life. Skip any area you have no evidence for. - For each one give (1) a concrete action (when, how much) and (2) why I in particular need it — one line of evidence from our chats. - Leave out anything you could say to anyone, like "exercise more". Only things that come from knowing me. - Don't make anything up. If you don't have enough to go on, give fewer than 10. - Finally, pick the one resolution I should keep if I only keep one, and say why.
