Move my memory to another AI

Switching between ChatGPT, Claude and Gemini? Packs what this AI knows about you into one block you can paste into another. Check it for anything sensitive before pasting. Works best with memory on and plenty of chat history.

I'm moving to a different AI service. Based on our past conversations and anything you have saved in memory, write a "context about me" I can paste straight into the new AI.

- Put it in a single code block, written in the first person as if I'm telling the new AI myself ("I work on…", not "The user works on…").
- Include: what I do and my background · current projects and goals · interests · how I like answers (length, tone, format) · things I often ask for · things to avoid.
- Only include what you're sure of — no guesses.
- Leave out sensitive details like ID numbers, bank accounts, passwords or health information, and mention outside the code block that you left them out.
- After the code block, list separately any work in progress I should pick up in the new AI.
